The US does not deal with anyone on an equal basis. It deals with them from a self-appointed superior level and treats everyone else as an inferior.

Even the UK and France are dealt with as inferiors, not to talk of Germany and Japan.

the question is does the Korea space agency have the ability to put a satellite in orbit, the answer is yes.

OHB SE is a European space firm, headquters in Berlin Germany, they produces German military satellite "SAR-Lupe" they have nothing in common with any American company.

SATCOMBw is another satellite system Used by the German military it was produce by Airbus, Airbus is a European company.

Most countries are against the use and development of such weapons, have you not heard about the TREATY ON THE NON-PROLIFERATION OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS, this is a treaty which more than 190 plus Nations signed and ratified the agreement to stop the use and development of nuclear weapons
Japan, south Korea and Germany are all signatories to that treaty.

How you do we know?

-They've never taken lead on anything worthwhile internationally (whether in the un, regional or local), except following their master handiwork
-They receive instructions on how to govern themselves or relate/do business with other states even at the detriment of it's own interest.
-they even recognises these issues yet nothing is done or too afraid to speak up or challenge the status quo. At least macron has been vocal lately about it but still a weakling is a weekling.
