Wrong! There is definitely a law. The problem is that most Nigerians do not respect the law nor carry out their civic responsibilities to ensure the Law is upheld in every corner and arm of Government. The average Nigerian assumes that democracy is a magical system of government that maintains itself without any input from the people who are meant to be the government in that case. (Democracy is Government of the People by the People.)
