Yes he was arrested. Plain and simple. Maybe they did let him go after he met any conditions they might have stipulated. Probably the case is to be continued after their investigation. Maybe or maybe not. But the simple fact is that he was arrested. That doesn’t mean he has paid for his crime. It’s just a simple statement of fact

Plus, it's not a civil or state crime to marry second wife given d religion we both subscribe to. And, she's damn aware.

The police themselves said they have him in custody. So if anyone doesn’t know the difference, it’s the police. Take your grievance to them.

Plus, there is a thing as self-defence given his post insinuated that the lady initiated the whole drama. Even though he may have abused her prior, they have charged him based on his post and I'm sure the wife would not charge him on previous incidences. That's how the court works bruh...
