The world needs to increase the donation, because there is always a more expensive SUV for an African leader

I mean, imagine when Bugatti makes an SUV, you want rulers (sorry leaders) of the poorest countries in the world, in Africa to not own it? Habana, haba

That's why I hate all these grants. Our leaders see it as a source to enrich themselves and hence not ready to improve or develop the country so that the grant can continue.

Worst, is the donors continued penchant for providing "aid" when they really know that the previous ones end in the pockets of few individuals.

You do not understand this loans or whatever they are called.

You will notice that these loans are given by Europe, America and Asia. This is because they know that one day in the very nest future, Africans will liberate themselves from their devilish rulers and speed into development, these borrowers want Africans to be indepted to them so that so that when Africa becomes super rich, Africa will still be owing the borrowers which they (the borrowers) will then use for bargain
