It is a shame how nairaland allows tribal bigotry to continue despite complaints from its users. It's only a matter of time, sane individuals would stop visiting this forum. I feel irritated when i see topics unrelated to any particular tribe and some users find a way to bring in their hate for certain tribes or ethnic group. @Seun keep allowing your forum to be used as a platform in spreading hate and turn a blind eye to it you hear!! When the hate matures and things go out of control quickly, i hope those fanning this flame would be the first to get consumed

My brother, gone were the days when nairaland was a learning ground, those days, one can't afford to miss a day without visiting the forum, if you check my time of registration herein, you will know I've been here long enough, even at that, I was a visitor for more than five years before I was able to get registered; today, every Jack,Dick and Harry get access easily, especially most of these uncultured jobless swines looking for either tribal or religious warfare on a faceless forum.
Those days, NL was the envy of so much neighbouring countries, then we have expatriates in abundance in our midst, some of the well-known MODS were people based outside Nigeria but today what do we have, MODS that turns blind eye on issue capable of causing national disaster, but do as little as fart inhere, you get banned for it, several occasions I have tried to bring this happenstance to the MODS notice but nothing was done about it.
The most painful of it is when they see people making fraudulent posts on different sections which are very vivid, they still turn the other way as if they partake in the largesse made from it.

Nairaland was a very interesting forum and one you get to learn alot from those times. I think it has lost its savor. If Seun fails to cleanup this forum, soon it would be a forgotten name.
