AdesegunSanni89:Hope you know that the impact of debt on a developed nation is not the same as the impact on a developing nation. Also, developing nations secure debts at a much higher interest rate and under much stricter measures. |

Very useless Government with an extremely clueless, drug sniffiing and trading président. What do you expect ? Borrowing to chop, loot and embezzle. Naira is useless, inflation at an all time high and zombies who have not eaten any good thing in days will be defending like fools. I never imagined that Nigerians will be missing Bubu despite the fact that he was a cow loving, clueless and senile president who drowned nigeria in debt and insecurity. But bulaba is the worst, he is going to finish this country even before the end of his first tenure... ![]() |

It is recession. There is simply no money in town. I hope Tinubu doesn't do what he know/love to do; which is over taxing citizens... Instead ask the thief before him to just return only 10% of Buhari's loot. Even the dollar would come down. |

Lol! Just see how compound complex aggravated intricate FOOLS both in government and among the masses would come to defend this government of ineptitude,as if the price of a litre of petrol is #95,,bag of rice #7,000 , transportation costs cheaper than ever and inflation totally gone. They would defend like they are buying foodstuffs, household appliances, groceries, and other items cheaper than ever before. |

We are in debt perpetually because 80% of our revenue comes from oil. Also, our tax to gdp ratio is about 10%...that's too low. Also, oil revenue comes from less than 2 million barrels per day. That's good for a nation of 12 million not a nation of 260 million and growing (and sorry muh fellow BIafrans, not enough for a nation of 100 million ). At the end the way forward is 1 Taxes. (Yes I know, taxes) 2.Cutting government cost...but it won't do much. (But even then, it has to be done) 3. Nigeria must become an exporter of manufactured goods and services. APC Is not doing nos 2 and 3. Instead...we will increase oil production to 4 million bpd...(wondeful, until we realize that it does not do much either). Dutch disease. |
