Do Muslim countries have a right to wish to remain Islamic societies?

Does Japan have a right to wish to remain comprised largely of Japanese people?

Does Rwanda have a right to wish to remain comprised largely of Rwandese people?

Does any country have a right to protect its host society's culture and heritage?

If the answer is yes, why is it wrong for non-Islamic countries to not wish to become Islamic? What is the principle that allows all nations the right to protect their identity but the West must allow itself to be altered irrevocably?

Reuters reports:
Iran has significantly developed two facilities for the production of ballistic missiles.

According to an Iranian source, the development of the buildings made it possible to double the production of drones that are sold to Russia and transferred to the Houthis, the missiles produced in the complex are transferred to Hezbollah.
