The ship has sailed. His release won't stop the killings and unrest in the SE. It would make it worse. There would be at least 3 factions - Nnamdi Kanu's, Simon Ekpa's, and Chinasa nworu's. Just like Boko Haram now has several factions. As you make your bed, so you must lie in it.
I still wonder why characters like this who are not from the South East are so interested in what goes on there, but are least interested in what goes on in other zones with far worse insecurity including the zone they come from

Oh sure, because releasing one person will magically solve all the issues in an entire region. Brilliant solution.
Please it is not by force to talk when you have nothing smart to say.

You know you are not smart at all. Every smart person knows that the insurgency in the east has FG's knowledge about it, this is a clear false flag operations. The south east has a high population density against because of its land mass, and insurgency love to use the element of surprise and speed, so there is no way with the high population that insurgents have speed to their advantage. Like the parade at Ariaria. anyone who lives in Aba will tell you the entrance and exits to Ariaria are heavily guarded by military men, but strangely when the UGM came around these soldiers were conveniently absent.

The jailbreak in Owerri gave FG away. The Owerri prison shares the same fence with government house and opposite the prison is police HQ and armory and also DSS field office is there as well. and the entrance to govt house road from Modotell roundabout is guarded with a police armoured car. That place is so secure that the Mosques in Owerri are built there, so based on this how do you explain that a rag tag militia could raid the prison and organize a jail break in an area that is also 10mins drive from 31 Artillery brigade Obinze?
False Flag can take several ways first is the government agencies staging the release of criminals who are unleashed in an area to cause violence to make the group in that area look bad(This is current script used by FG from Buhari's time).
Once Kanu is released those criminals who were broken out to cause violence would be rounded up or killed or they escape to other regions especially South West to lay low.

He will not be release until he sign the pack never to mention Biafra. It's simple and straight. Any other thing they are working around circle back to this.

But there were insecurity in the east even before Nnamdi kanu was arrested. He even attested to the formation by giving thumbs up to activities of unknown gunmen

You just have to deflect the blame to an outsider

Kill off this mentality and stop making excuses for people. Take responsibilities and be Accountable for your actions as a tribe/group

Wetin concern DSS for this one??
Even if they allowed him contact anyone, isnt it shameful of you to admit making contact with some groups to destroy your very own region??
Somebody woke up and write down his own thoughts on an issue bothering south east and boom! Accusations and counter accusations everywhere on Nairaland. Tueh!. Assuming some people engaged in violence because they want Nnamdi Kanu released, how does that make him an accomplice. The police can go after criminals if they commit crime. There is no excuse for them that it is because of Kanu they committed crimes. Who sent them

Lies, UGM are not IPOB. ESN? Yes, they go after Fulani herdsmen who kill and maim people. ESN must defend our lands from killer herdsmen. Nobody is denying those ones.

Really....the insecurity in South East is not exaggerated...insecurity is in everywhere but the government is feeding the media lies to continue to keep hold on nnamdi kanu...even like today sit at home ...I went to my place of work without issues...cars are moving freely including keke napep...without any incidents of violence..but people outside South East will think those of us here are hiding under our dining table to dodge bullets
My brother, Nigerian Government has used propaganda against Igbos in so many ways , even to the point of calling them Terrorists just because they can't handle the truth and UPRIGHTNESS that comes out of their mouth ...

There was one Christian Pastor from the North that came to Anambra State recently, my very own Church, they arrived on Monday being Sir at home from the airport and they were cruising all over Awka and environment....

The day he preached, he said a lot of things , that the propaganda from the West and North against Igbos can't stop IGBOS...

That he was warned not to come to Anambra State because of insecurity but that he even arrived on a Monday being Sit at home and see how he was cruising the whole State.....

The only problem Igbos have are the few saboteurs in Government who see this nonsense and. Allow them just for. Selfish peace and gains...

Stop lying. Boko Haram's leadership is still intact, they are only waring ISWAP which is another Wahabi group under the influence of Fulani elites. Kanuri don't want to be under the Fulani due to trust issues.

The bandits you hear today is ISWAP.

Most Yoruba people no longer trust the Nigerian security system that's why they formed ethnic militias named Amotekun. They support Amotekun but hypocritically called others enemies of Nigeria. Even though Amotekun can't stand jihadist herdsmen with military grade weapons, they only go about harassing innocent Hausa that move in large numbers or innocent hungry Yoruba. When ever Benue state people are slaughtered, they tell them that they are not man enough or no men in Benue, Southern Kaduna etc. The best way to fight the Sahelian jihadists is by matching their weapons. This is one thing the Jànjaweed Nigerian government doesn't want because they are parts of the game.

Release Nnamdi Kanu now!

Make it to make sense please..

Someone was held tightly in a secluded custody. He had no communication with anybody outside the walls of his confinement.
But there was insecurity outside..

So, if he comes out of the confinement and the insecurity in the land dies down.,,
You are saying that it is wise to arrest him again and confine him again.?
