Mine is trying to play a smart one, I opened a trade seconds later the amount was different, he then said it's a floating trade, i refused and asked him to drop account so i can refund, as soon as i refunded him and dropped proof he went on to file for an appeal. I had to also file an appeal with proof of payment too. Till now no response

Generally the second party will win the dispute as you are the one that clicked sell first

I won the case and was refunded. A faster way to get your problem fixed is to lay a complaint with ID on trustpilot, they're very active there
