Is it a functioning transformer because for someone to disconnect a functioning transformer no be moimoi Secondly the person must have done it when there was no power supply at all on it, which means it was someone who has the power to power if off or someone who know the timing which is risky because it's not certain Who can have all these resources (disconnecting skills and information) if not the personnel? |
