The state and wildlife conservation authorities in the state should move fast to track down this predator ASAP.
Hyenas are powerful hunters, with the most powerful jaws of any carnivorous animals.
Their jaws are so powerful that they easily make short work of bones including thigh bones, and other big bones of the skeletal system.
A hyena's jaws are much more powerful than those of the lion and other big cats.
Big cats can't crush big bones,but hyenas do.
That's why they are so efficient a predator and scavenger too.
Lol, Lions so much hate hyenas that they will kill one at sight which happens to be at the wrong place at the wrong time, that's one that strays into the territory of a pride of lions with the males being on watchful alertness.
Hyenas themselves are notorious for harassing lions feeding near them.
They are very cunning, and determined, making noises deliberately and scampering on and off to make the lions abandon their kill.
They do also steal kills from other big cats too, and will even try stealing from Nile crocodiles feeding on the bank and water edge.
Though this can cost a hyena life.

fastest land animal is the cheetah can sprint between 80 to 130 kilometer per hour.
Gazelles and pronghorn antelopes are the second fastest animal reaching 97 - 105 km/hr.
Science believe that Cheetahs constantly preying on Gazelles caused the evolutionary trend of gazelles to evolve speed which in turn caused the cheetahs to evolve faster speeds.
