Every sane Nigerians knew those who occupied every corners in SW (like Dugbe, Okebola, Ogunpa spare parts market of Ibadan e.t.c) to the extent that they tag a SW state as a no man's land , so going by this remove their numbers from the omoluabis and add it up to theirs then this stats will make sense
