A very good example: Just 2 weeks ago, a very wealthy man was rushed into the emergency room after his car was hit by a driver who was running away from some policemen that wanted to extort him. The rich man was badly injured and needed both oxygen and blood but none were available despite it being a big hospital. Before he could see another hospital that would accept that level of injuries, he gave up the ghost. At that point in time none of his wealth or wealthy friends could help him, and he was too far from his "big man hospital".
