Law is all about arguments jàré.....if a good lawyer can pull off new technical grounds with an buyable judge......they might get a new judgement

The mistake freeze made was meddling into the man's family, taking his kids out of school without his consent as if he adopted the man's kids....the judgement isnt just about fvcking the woman while married

Divorce does not take an eternity to happen! Also, once a person has filed for divorce in the courts the person is typically free to move on, only not able to remarry until the divorce is finalized.

Divorce is only for those who did court wedding I think.
Ordinarily in Nigeria, a woman should just return bride price and she's free to remarry. Divorce isn't common in Nigeria as it is in western countries.
