I am from his area of Surulere and those of us with political aspirations view egbon Gbaja as a veritable template to follow because the man is over-loved by his people. Their devotion to him is ridiculous and this is because he got politicking spot in.

Did what he had to do, per pleasing his Party bosses and overlords in Abuja, but always delivered for people of his constituency and kept them happy. One of the best politician of the post-1999 era for sure.
