FAAC allocation to States (Jan - June 2024).
But what criterion do they use to share the allocations largely derived from crude oil?
Abia and Imo States, two oil and gas producing states received a pittance compared to Delta, Lagos, Kano, Oyo.

Apparently, the governor of Anambra state, is doing far better than Ogun state governor.
Anambra; N65.4 billion
Ogun; N40 billion
Naturally, such is expected. Besides, the gov of Anambra state is a seasoned Economist. But I know everything about unintelligent ipob illiterates is always upside down.

The only Elu P state received N54.2 billion. Within same period Ogun received N40 billion. Abia is owing workers 11 months salary of 18k minimum wage while Ogun is up to date with over 30k. Reason is very simple. Just tell them Tinubu is the problem, you are free man and the best governor for saying the truth while run to their social media handle to insult Tinubu down to his ancestors.
ogun state is almost lagos but apart from churches and Lebanese companies at sango Otta what is again in ogun state to be proud of?

I don't understand what's going on in Delta state.
One would think that with this huge revenue accruing to the state, there Will be a reasonable development in that state but 'no' reversed is the case.
God helps my state.
You forget that Okowa borrowed for Presidential campaign

Why so much difference between Anambra and Ogun? Aside from being an oil-producing state, what other criteria are considered to arrive at the allocation figures?

Lol, Ogun state is last on the list😂. A state that is so close to Lagos to the extent it has industrial towns built in Agbara and Ota to serve Lagos. Has lots of universities and others built in the state due to nearness to Lagos, yet they’ve ruined the state.

The last time I was in Ota, I wept for them. I saw kilometers of putrid waters and muds that passed of as roads. In fact, the moment you cross into Ogun from Lagos, it would be as if you moved from Israel into Gaza, but it’s just Gaza still looks better than Ogun State.

Yet you will see condemned abobakus always chanting IGR like the zombies they are while the bestial politicians and their children keep laughing at them.

No Insult Gaza at all! Even with all the destruction, it still looks 100 times better than most places in Nigeria. undecided

You’re absolutely right. Gaza, looked better than most places in Nigeria, including Abuja and Lagos, prior to the bombings. The most disturbing part is that it will also look better again after the bombings if Hamas is dislodged.

I really don’t know what is wrong with Nigerians and maybe West Africans. We are too backward in nature to the extent that we can’t even build covered drains, sidewalks, nor even ordinary flowers and trees. These are things that even the poorest countries of the world today, all have and are well maintained.

Something is seriously wrong somewhere 🤦.

I was depressed after seeing pictures of the pictures of destroyed Gaza. The thought in my head as I watched was, "These people had it a whole lot better than Nigerians in Nigeria can boast of." Much of Nigeria looks worse than a War Zone. undecided

2. I think it is the extreme levels of racism that pervades the mind of the average Nigerian that is it for me. The people are so blinded and reduced by it in every way. They can't see beyond it all and worse, even after being exposed to a better life, some remain unable to overcome it.. undecided

lol please tell us where it says that state allocations from FAAC is based on what states generate as IGR.....Cause if we were going by the logic you pulled out of your ass Lagos should be top of that list.....you are so riddled with envy for the SW instead of you to face your state you are here ranting about someone else's......there are only six states in Nigeria that can survive without FAAC Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, FCT, Kaduna, Kwara.....if dem born your governor well tell him to abstain from FAAC for 3 months let see what becomes of your state...... I bet you don't even know the difference between FAAC and IGR....you're just here to display your ignorance....I feel sorry for those who raised you.....they deserve a refund.....

Supposedly they have shamed this allocation to States alone shows how weak their governors are.
But the hates in them is of no boundaries.

Now the big question is; What exactly have these states done with their federal allocation, particularly the top 5 oil producing states Delta, Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Bayelsa, and Lagos

mostly augmented by loans. Crude revenue goes largely towards repayment of old loans and new loans goes for the addictive sharing process.
