Is it a crime if his children work in CBN and NNPC even though they may be suitably qualified and competent on the job?
Is there any high ranking politician in Nigeria who does not have a child or relative fixed to work in government MDAs?

Borrow yourself some sense. He isn’t an ordinary party member, he was the chief whip. If you have grievances you handle it internally. Can you have a general whose commanding officer is criticizing the battle plan openly?
