California passes law AB1955, bans schools from telling parents of child's transgender identity

If parents dont have to know the reality about their children then who is supposed to know? what is the rational except to give over the responsible of parenthood to strangers? and come to think of it by this how can a parent get to know if there is a case of abuse on his ward from school?
