That's an old rail track leading to good shade Umuahia. The Rail Line has been condemned over decades and another one built leading from Umuahia town to the North and Umuahia to Portharcourt for more than 30 years.

That building you are seeing is ABIA LINE TRANSPORT which belongs to the State Government.

I wish government could mandate all petrol station to have a public toilet accessible to all for convenience. Also empower LaMaTa to provide a public rest facility at bus stops. Dubai has this policy of petrol station providing restrooms for the public. Seoul has public restroom at all subway stops and major bus stops.
