In implementation if somone in the says he does not want meta to share their data, they can still go ahead and use their services but that of Nigeria and Africa, if you refuse, u can't proceed . So u are forced to give permission for them to use ur data

If you do a market study and more than 50 to 70 percent of the populace use whatsapp to chat, they are dominant.
