Personal Virtual (Remote) Assistant Position
Compensation
● During 3-month Probation: N400k - N600k monthly (can be paid N200k/N300k
bi-weekly based on preference)
● After 3-month Probation: N700k - N1m monthly (can be paid N350k/N500k bi-weekly
based on preference)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Calendar Management & Appointments Scheduling: You’ll be responsible for helping to
manage my schedule across different projects, as well as, schedule some of my
meetings and appointments.
2. Email Management: As part of what is expected of you in this position, you will be
responsible for responding to specific emails as will be communicated to you in due
course.
3. Representation in Meetings: There are certain meetings (virtual and in-person) that I
might not be able to attend, you will be expected to represent me in those meetings.
4. Travel and Flight Research: Due to my frequent travels, you will be responsible for
helping with flight research and travel planning.
5. Sourcing Resource Persons: Being able to tap into your rich network to help find
resource persons to complete certain tasks will be expected of you in this role.
Skills Required
1. Holds at least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. Excellent demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.
3. Must be technology-savvy and very comfortable with learning new technologies.
4. Good mastery of cloud-based word processing (e.g. Google Docs), spreadsheet (e.g.
Google Sheets) and presentation (e.g. Google Slides) software.
5. Mastery of design software like Canva is a huge advantage.
6. Excellent time management and mastery of planning software. E.g. Notion, Trello.
7. Highly organized and efficient in managing information.
8. Highly inquisitive mind, excellent problem-solving abilities and demonstrates initiative.
9. Possessing a rich network that can be leveraged for certain tasks is a huge advantage.
10. Ability to work across different time zones is a huge advantage.
11. Must be available to travel if the need arises.

I am good at Microsoft excel and I can use it to analysis data to some extent but I don't think that would be enough but am willing to learn on job if given the opportunity
