Kimchi is a probitic of the highest quality.
Probiotics is very good for the gut.
Sugar is the major cause of yeast infection.

When you eat less sugar add probiotics, it cleanses your guts like no other and your gut with maintain a ph balance.

Yours truly learnt the hard way. I will do test, nothing.
But I'm so uncomfortable down there. Well, I have always been a very curious person. Saw that somewhere and started researching. From research, I applied to real life. And since then, I have been preaching it here. (Kimchi is very soured.

It really was because I generally did not know. Like no one taught me, and nor did I have the opportunity to come across the knowledge all by my own self until I stumbled upon it here where you all had fortunately for me decided to write about it.

Compassion for this "average Nigerian" please. Ebi n'pa mi leaves little room for study.
