I think your message needs to be clear!
Do you need someone to build a custom theme wordpress theme for you or you need a random theme?

Basically, random themes are cheaper to get, you need specify the name for people to show interest with their prices, while custom built theme are more expensive

But on the average, you should get a random premium theme from 7-25k depends on the theme! While a custom built should be around 80k - 150k
