As a billionaire investor that he is, he should have studied the government in power well before investing in the refinery. He has been benefitting from the past government long time ago.So,by now,i believe with his experience,he should know when to invest and when not to.I knew deep down that this refinery of a thing won't work with these people currently in power

Presdo BAT should urgently look into the complaints made by dangote and find a way to resolve every issue particularly these cabals in every sensitive sector of this country. Dangote's numerous complaints are eye opener to intended investors and could turn them off against investing in Naija.
If all the thieves in the name politicians could invest atleast 10% of their loots in Nigeria, it wouldn't be this bad in naija.

he made a great mistake, someone told me this same thing 2 years ago that Dangote was making the most stupid mistake by investing in Nigeria and that he will regret it now he has been vindicated, this will have a severe impact on the political survival of tinubu.
maybe those against him will now soft pedal, we shall see but that is not likely, as long as Tiinubu continues paying almost 2 trillion naira as subsidy payments monthly, there is virtually no hope for any local refinery to survive or operate in Nigeria.

Lolz, if you are following Dangote's wailings, it is because he doesn't want their competition. He's asking to be the only supplier in Nigeria, that's the trigger of his crying. Though i agree that the response to him was harsh but hey, this Dangote not a baby in Nigeria. If you have lived or worked where Dangote's business or trucks are, you'd be surprised at this his sudden butter soft behaviour.

Dangote's case is just like the proverbial one rich man amongst hundreds of poor men, they're all poor. Dangote is just being beefed cos he's d only rich man that has the fund to invest. Others are not up to his level.

Dangote is worth $20b while the next rich man is just over $4b. See the stack difference. This isn't Monopoly but outright superiority
