It's extremely possible, back in sec school the youngest was 7 in jss1.. I was 14 in ss3 and almost the whole set had 16 and the oldest was 18 in ss3... Most of us went straight to uni ( private) and graduated at 19-23 depending on your school, I graduated before I turned 19

Reminds me of my neighbor then, she still goes to pick her child from the university as if she is still in secondary school. How will that child ever be street-smart?

This is very possible. I skipped classes myself. Finished sec. School @15 yrs.

Just imagine the negative energy this guy exuded. I have someone in my family that graduated before 20... Just few months to his 20th birthday.

There are kids with special learning ability but I guess you have not been so lucky to have them around you.

Let's even assume she started Primary 1 at age 4 and left Primary school at age 8 (which seems a bit improbable). She'd be in Secondary School by age 9. Then, from JSS1 - SS2, how many years old was she when she left Secondary school? 13?

Then, from 100L to 400L she spent another 3 years ba? It's not adding up. That's what the OP is saying.

All of you that are insinuating that the OP is "hating" ask yourselves if you can employ a 16 year old graduate in your respective establishments? Or you can allow a 16 year old handle your financial dealings (as your accountant). It's not about being smart alone, being matured counts as well.

When I graduated I have three Jobs appointment letter NAFDAC, POLICE, Federal judicial service commission. I picked police, I always thank God for my life and for everybody but in America, UK etc you can not explain that your child JUMP one class because he or she was brilliant... I wish you well my brother let small thing not cause quarrel... why you cannot JUMP classes in those countries is because education over there was piloted towards training leaders not issuing certificates

If only the OP has an open mind, willing to learn, this would not be a topic of argument but of understanding. I finished secondary school at 17, just imagine if I had skipped primary 6 like my fellow pupils then and skipped SS3 like some of my mates who did and equally wrote jamb same year. I'll also be graduating at 19. the govt has helped to bastardized the education system in this country, the reason why you see it as a lie. You didn't achieve it does not mean it can't be achieved.

Is like you don't get it, it is possible but our system says you must go through primary school for 6 years, secondary school for 6 years, written Job before university and you must spend at least 4 years in the university.. anything short of this is incorrect

Employment policies like age limitation, issues of incessant strikes in the university, HND BSC dichotomy, policies guiding private universities and many more before we start talking about age. If they are really after better education and education for Nigerians, why allow a 10 year old girl gets married and you denial a 16/17 years old girl university education. Which one is worse , that sets the nation backwards.

Maturity is key in human success. Certificates can be meaningless without the right behaviour.

You've never heard of double promotion and students taking WAEC and JAMB in JSS3? Or students who skip secondary education and just take School Cert and JAMB? I actually know someone who did that.
