Under GEJ, it was a mere CP (Joseph Mbu) they used to tame Rotimi Amaechi at the time; not even a brigade commander or General Officer Commanding (GOC).

If they don't even want to go that route, the constitution empowers the Commander-in-Chief to declare a state of emergency anywhere in Nigeria (with of course, the approval of the NASS) & you think you can fight such a person & emerge victorious if he really wants to "fight" you? If such a C-in-C decides to be lawless & disregard the rule of law like OBJ, they'll not just lockdown your state under the guise of state of emergency, they'll remove you too & appoint someone (their stooge mostly) in your stead for the duration of that emergency.
