Mind you am neither for either of the parties, but am objective Nigerian, who has stake in the well being of this nation and her citizens.
1. Obasanjo came in to implement new minimum wage for workers deliberately without strikes or agitation from labor, which created middle classes, you see these people buying cars and building houses that boosted our economy, but today, even directors and senior lecturers cant use cars again, in fact many have sold their vehicles. Then minimum wage was over 100 Dollars, but today with much agitation and strikes, minimum wage is below 50 Dollars.
2. Our accumulated debts before they came in, was well above30 billion Dollars, through their effort, they reduced to nearly zero, after paying about 12 billion Dollars in cash, those who are not dullars that ruling us today, can they produce one billion Dollars without borrowing, as we speak they have sold the destiny of our unborn generation, then who is intelligent, between the two? Upon all these borrowing, Nigeria has not yet been turn around.
3. GSM is an innovation of the one you called Dollars, that make me and you to express our opinions with ease.
4. People expressed their opinion during the so called dullars rule, that make buhari and one white air professor among others occupied ojota for 3 days without police or military harassment, but when the so called intelligent people metamorphoses to power, endsars is still fresh in our memory.
5. Our economy during your so called dullars rule was the first in Africa, but today small countries in Africa had overtook us, which has led to some multinationals relocation to other African countries.
The list is endless, but just mention a few. What we want is prosperous Nigeria where sky will be the limit of all, not where we will fight ourselves for people who have no interest of people but their personal interest, if people do well let give them the credit,while we wait for more time this government pleaded, PDP government remained the best, until proved otherwise by this administration.

I dont know how to answer u question but take this., The IBB dele is admiring actually destroy nigeria economy beyond anything. I know its because of power and trying to convince the west allies of his devilish military rule that he mortgage the future of nigeria economy for their praises. IBB is the architect of what nigeria it is today. i wish we could all look back in time and see how these corrupt elements destroy nigeria econmy generally. These subsidies contribute to the inefficient use of fossil fuels, undermine the development of energy efficient technologies, act as a drag on clean, green energy deployment and in many developing countries do little to assist the poorest of the poor in the first place. The huge sums involved globally could be better spent on schools, health care, renewable energies and building resilient societies. The current, very low oil prices are a good opportunity to really get going on this issue.

For the IEA views, fossil fuel subsidies reduction is extremely important, really because it accomplishes three different but interrelated objectives: first, it helps support energy security, because the countries that reduce their consumption, their wasteful consumption of fossil fuels do not have to import these fuels as much and therefore their energy security is improved. Secondly, it helps reduce emissions; the IEA did some work prior to the previous COP in which we outline five measures that can help the global community to actually peak emissions as early as 2020 and removing fossil fuel subsidies was one of the most important measures that countries can take to accelerate the energy transition. And the third point is that it supports economic growth because the bulk of fossil fuel subsidies actually go to the upper 20 percent of the population. And those resources, if diverted, could accomplish other tremendous economic objectives for the bulk of the population.

The only way we are going to do that (establishing a zero emissions economy by 2050) is by unpicking a whole range of subsidies on fossil fuels which, unfortunately, last year alone grew by thirty per cent. The trouble with those subsidies is that they tend to boost emissions rather than encourage a reduction.
