Dangote should have vertically Integrated first but having agreement with farmers to supply them seedlings and fertilizer and guaranteed market at a fixed price that's how it's done

Building a factory without guarantee supply is foolishness.. U needed an agreement of 15 years supply from 50,000 hectares minimum to do that

As for the refined he made same mistake again but I don't see reason why he can't compete with imported petrol if not NNPC selling at a massive lose of close to ₦600 per litre
