The black sea is Russia's backyard. They have the whole area mapped out already. So, there is no need for a 24/7 patrol. Moreover, they are trying not to give away serious Intel to NATO's intelligence.

Turkey has a large population of Tajiks who are being used for these dirty operations by Mossad/CIA.

Bible even states that the land do not belong to Israel it is just an inheritance from God
