How can Tinubu give steady electricity?

Anyway, let me explain...

First, the TCN must have ordered for steady distribution of power across the country probably when we have excess storage of it.

But a certain generator company would bribe some officials to claim damages on units and why they can't supply steadily. This way, keeping lots of people in the dark.

And whenever there's a national show.... The will stylishly supply power and before the show or few minutes into the show, they will cease the light.... Frustrated individuals will acquire the generator to avoid blackouts and frustration.
