Kamala Harris is NOT the presumptive democratic nominee so therefore Trump has no reason to debate with her yet.

Trump backed out of the Sept. 10th debate. Sept. 10 is after Kamala would become the official nominee on Aug 1st.
Prior to this year, the debates were scheduled almost a year prior to the election.
In fact the Commission on Presidential debates scheduled this election years debates in Nov. 2023. Trump chose not to use them.
So, please explain, why Trump would back out of a debate with Kamala that would be held after she had been chosen as the official nominee.

There is no explanation. He has chosen to be a coward as he did in the Primary when he didn't debate.

AGAIN, until Kamala Harris becomes the democratic nominee, Trump doesnt have to agree to debate with anyone. the sept 10 debate was scheduled to be against BIDEN not Kamala Harris... so Trump has all the rights to bow out of a debate that was supposed to be against Biden. ultimately, Trump will have to debate with Kamala Harris sooner or later, so no big deal here
