That school is a very useless school. A school that I applied for my transcript for 6 months now, there's been no feedback. They have a fanciful website that is only geared towards receiving payments. No feedback, no correspondence, nothing.

I even contacted the registrar and the deputy registrar to no avail.

It's a very backward institution.

The lecturer is just being nice, if it were some lecturers they would just ask for the student mat number and the student would continue falling his course till he starts dressing well according to his profession.

Education is not all about passing exams, character is among.
