I think Ibadan City (not Oyo State) takes the lead.
Ibadan stands out

1. University of Ibadan
2. Dominican University
3. Kola Daisi University

6. The First Technical
7. DOMINION UNIVERSITY (newly added)


All the above universities are situated on ibadan land. If there is other city that comes near this (even if it's by have), you can state for mentioning purpose only.
