The initial investigation on the rocket that hit Majdal Shams 1. No interceptor was launched due to topographical conditions 2. The warning time of a few seconds did not allow residents to reach the shelter. The army claims that a 20-second warning was given, while the residents report only a few seconds. In this matter, it seems that the residents were right, since the shelter was so close to the crash site that it was itself extensively damaged by shrapnel from the explosion. Amir T |
