Truth is: Wike, his factional house of assembly members, the former LG council chairmen, his factional pdp state exco members and all their supporters, are already on their way to Apc.

The Congress they held yesterday despite the court order, is to infuse judicial logjam into the works of the state pdp, to further cripple it and prepare the pdp as a no opposition in the coming 2027 gubernatorial election which is their main target.

Their mandate is to destabilise the pdp in rivers state, they are no more party men, but enemies.

Why will 2 state high court gives the same order if not abused of judicial processes

Sim so far always choose the court order to obey so no big deal if the order side choose which court order to obey

There will be no consequences because a state high court cannot give order on Same issue a Federal high court has ruled on.

With that is currently playing in Rivers State particularly Port Harcourt, the political instability and faction disruption of political activities would backfire.

Look at Warri, Delta State. There is nothing left there for the youths. They were severely warned about the dangers of being anti development and allowing state elders to instigate them against host companies and create hostile environments.

Rivers is fast becoming a dangerous environment that would chase away investments in the state.
