The said rice was given to all the 36 state. At least as far as new is concerned Borno is probably the first to share it own to the masses. news that filtered concerning Kogi was that of the rice been re bagged and sold.

The recipients of these palliatives don't look hungry to me. They are looking well nourished to me.

Look, by the time you go to the market to buy Gas or kerosene, spices, oil, tomatoes, etc. in order to cook that rice which won't last for more than a month, you'll discover that you've been trapped because things would be more expensive and the government would told you they've given you rice. Infact they are really spoon fed. All the fertilizer,farm implements, inputs and finances go to them. Yet they complain. Their fathers who have ruled have positioned them better than any region of Nigeria by making them even the food basket of the nation.

Recently , govt gave out fingerlings, fertilizer, landers property and #5 million Naira each to individuals tha made a group of 45 people. That’s 5 million naira x 45 people. No one hears about this in the South. It all went to the North. Sometimes you wonder if NALDA, NISRA etc were created for them.

Yet, their leaders are the ones crying up and down!

The prayers of most people is that FG should fail. Other State Governor's should also emulate Gov Zulum by supervising the distribution accordingly. Nigeria would start becoming great once we start to change our mindset.

Just shut up. Was the rice given to your kinsman or not? Everyone gets handout from the government. Face your governor if that handout is not given to you and your kinsmen. And if you feel you and your kinsmen are better from receiving this handout then you should have rejected it. Pot calling kettle black.

Yes it is sir,after two to three meals per family mind u it's just rice ....not other food,they wait again for govt to dole billions to buy rice for them ....which my never come again since it's not sustainable or catered for monthly or weekly in budget
