This is how the protest will start because people are really angry. Government can't keep frustrating Nigerians at any slightest provocation.
My Glo line was also barred but I can't stress myself this morning going to unblock it. I don't know of any Glo office around my area.

If this continues into when the protest starts it's going to be a big problem. I imagine a scenario like this in other parts of Nigeria.

Get your facts right, TELCOMS Operators had given ending of the month as deadline for NIN registration. It has nothing to do with the protest. To hell with your conspiracy theory.

I was at MTN office Ikotun this morning as early as 7:30am to get a sim swap. Lo and behold, I met an overwhelming crowd. Almost all the people there had their sim card blocked over the weekend.

The MTN staff addressed the crowd and told them the fault is from NCC who authorized TELCOS to bar people's lines.

Why would NCC be frustrating Nigerians when there's anger already in the land? People need their lines activated for business activities. People who are supposed to go their businesses are crowded at MTN offices because of their lines. I learnt some people came as early as 3am to the office just to get numbers. I couldn't get number because I came by 7:30am. I also learnt MTN staff there worked on Sunday yesterday.

Government should better do something fast before it escalates to something else.
Below are some pictures I snapped. I left there some minutes ago because I couldn't stand any longer. The crowd is overwhelming!!

I have 2 Mtn Sims one was blocked, I have tried and tried to link that particular line via phone that time to no avail. none of my 2 glo Sims were blocked.

Almost all of 9mobile was blocked mine 2nd day running their excuse is nin mismatch for a sim linked at their head office 4 years ago🤔🤔🤔 if only people are like me and just practise boycotting its way better than protest, cos boycotting private companies in large numbers will mke them fear the people thereby forcing them( companies) to tackle the govt on your behalf if the govt wants to use them against the people as they are losing millions. Imagine no one went to mtn office instead start telling others to switch off their sim and stop buying cards or start using glo huh

Same with dstv, dangote cement e.t.c they will all sit up reason americans and the british are feared by their cabals do nonsense and they will just send the company into oblivion.

Mine was Linked and MTN sent me confirmation massage yet they blocked it yesterday.
