For people who applied within the first two days the recruitment was announced, did you see option to add year of graduation for degree and MSc? I didn’t see those options and I submitted like that, only to check my friends application last night to see that one can now add year of graduation for degree. They’ve made some changes to the application site that were not available when I applied

If you've already completed and submitted the application, there's nothing you can do. Submitting more than 1 application gets you disqualified

Year of service is typically the year you finished service.

Yeah, There wasn’t year of graduation initially but few days after submission, I noticed I could edit my profile and made changes. Though I saw where i was asked to reattach my birth certificate.

I still saw “application already submitted” when they opened my profile so that I would be able to reattach my birth certificate that couldn’t open. I took that opportunity to input my year of graduation and submitted again. If your profile hasn’t been opened for editing by HR, you won’t be able to make any changes to your profile.

Probably if you're profile isn't open for editing after submission then you might have noting to worry about.
I also didn't include my year of graduation too.
I don't believe that would be a problem after all you uploaded your degree

Generally advisable to wait a bit before submission in such recruitment in Nigeria. Especially when deadline is still as far as 20th August.
A lot of modifications to the site since they started process. You can now change the role you are applying for on summary page, if you have not submitted the application.

It doesn't seem right that they will be making these changes after people have submitted though. Quite unprofessional!

I just edited mine now too. Those with such issues should try logging into their dashboard now and check.

Good morning, chief. I highly doubt it'd make much sense to apply to be honest. They tend to be a stickler for their requirements. If you don't meet the cut - in this case, you don't have a Master's Degree with the Upper Credit - you won't even be shortlisted for the CBT.
