U are aware that Kanu relieved Ejiofor of his services and now chiefly using Ejimakor. And you know Ejimakor and Ekpa are somewhat in some form of understanding, even if it's rough. Ejimakor hardly ever denounces Ekpa like Ejiofor always did. And Kanu wrote a letter some time last year listing items the dos leadership has to obey, no 1 which was to not talk about Ekpa.

In my opinion, I think Ekpa was only operational on the fringes before Kanu's kidnap. I believe Kanu is way way angrier with far more top-ranking members in that group than Ekpa. You know Kanu has a very deceitful face, you see him smiling up and down in court. Just let him come out first. Shortly before his kidnap, even his 2nd-in-command was axed, which should show you the swelling problems within. I am certain he never finished solving what he thought was inner sabotage before his kidnap. If you now see the way Mefor speaks today, a whole previous 2nd-in-command, who even insults ipob more than Asari, then you should know there is a moutaineous problem within the IPOB group.

Why did Achebe Paul say Kanu should be drawn a red line if he doesn't listen? So who is Kanu not listening to? Why was Madubugwu excused from seeing Kanu? Why was Ejiofor removed? Why has his wife not been able to see Kanu?

Kanunta, Master Prophet, if you listen to what they have been saying for years, you can see they are hammering on bigger fish than Ekpa. Occassionally, they attack Ekpa but when Kanu comes out, where his hammer would fall will shock many, in my opinion.

Saying Ekpa killing soldiers this and that, to me is a very cheap, easy and very unsophisticated excuse. Ekpa only began to fully grow his wings around late 2022, close to the start of elections. And Kanu had been kidnapped since mid-2021. So why was Kanu not released within that timeframe? For almost 1 and a half years? The FG can manoever ways to keep Kanu for long without any crazy unrest in South east. In Kanu's time, there was already unknown gunmen doing their thing in biafra land, in year 2020, even before the formation of ESN. And Kanu never really opposed them, as long as there was no civilian casualty. But attacks on security personnel, security buildings, checkpoints etc... Kanu couldnt care less.

So saying because of Ekpa's retaliatory attacks on a few policemen here and there is because they are keeping Kanu doesn't fly. This is just collateral damage and is already a mainstay of the south east politics. No one really cares. Sorry to say, life is important though but the truth is, its not weighty enough.
