In his brief televised address, Netanyahu spoke openly of assassinating Hezbollah military chief Fuad Shukr, but did not directly mention the ELIMINATION of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.

Perhaps this was due to Western pressure on Israel to not take public credit for carrying out an attack in the Iranian capital?
