Sometimes or maybe most times it's not the African leaders fault. The entire Africa sub-Saharan population both me and you inclusive is at fault for the bane underdevelopment in the region. African have the highest number of unproductive/innovative populace (if it's our fault or not that's another topic of discussions). Countries with the lowest skill set has Africa toping the charts.

That's I hate this our resources narrative, yes you have the resources but do you have the technical know how on how to extract?
