Cost of Staff
Cost of raw materials
Cost of machinery imported now that a dollar is N1,600
Cost of transportation

Government should partner with food manufacturers & marketers, to subsidize essential food products in a way that it can be affordable for Nigerians. It is insensitive and irresponsible for government to increase tarrif on food items in a time when inflation is at the highest in history and citizens are dying of hunger. A Yoruba adage says " if hunger is exempted from poverty, then poverty is defeated"

All those expensive watches costing millions would have gone a long way in supporting those agro food processing industries you know.

So you don't know all this agro companies import the likes of wheat in large quantities into Nigeria? I'm only asking for them to stop paying import duties and other fees, it will lead to reduction in production of their finish goods.

Na food subsidy program Sanwo Olu dey take style introduce for Lagos State be that. It is easier to make it seem that food companies do his bidding than to tell Lagosians the truth. But that is wrong,don't you get it?you need to feed yourselves .Importation should be temporary until you develop capacity to produce.wheat production is deliberate act by world powers to make us dependent on them .Cassava bread was promoted to become a substitute good to wheat bread and other things .
