of course its possible.. there are many medical conditions that can affect a man's fertility... just as much as heavy drinking, drugs and smoking can make a man have low sperm quality/count.

Yes. Just because the man's sperm fertilises eggs which results in two children does not mean he can always do the same. Fertility in men these days is not guaranteed. Quite unfortunate. Global sperm production and fertility rates have dwindled due to chemicals in our foods, drinks, air and what we sleep on and even touch.

After two or three kids, wetin person wan use more do? Children are expensive to raise. Focus on the ones already provided.
