Sharing rice is an unsustainable strategy that will always get abused, it's not an APC or PDP thing, this isn't the first time rice stores are getting uncovered and vandalized.

Is rice sharing APC's strategy to combat hunger in Nigeria? One would assume this low-level strategy would have gone with the Buhari regime, but it seems like Tinubu in continuing with Buhari's legacy like he promised.
