They can say what they want as long as they protest peacefully.

Otherwise the Governor will declare 24 hours curfew and they'll begin to beg to be allowed out to hussle for food as others under curfew currently are doing.

The behaviour of Nigerians always bring to mind the saying "act in haste repent at leisure".
