If she was told she was on a waiting list she would have contacted the school on it but since she didn't despite her claims she was in transit headed to the school its abit questionable.

I hope they can resolve it for her based on her stay, studies and her son who is a citizen.

Busy or not busy is irrelevant. The majority of Nigerians don't give a damn if agents use fake documents to obtain their visa. All that matters to them is a successful outcome.

Most people are aware that fake documents are being used by their so-called agents.
