Am looking for a single point in this speech that address just one point in this economy and misuse of power by those in position of power to serve. All the so called social funds are just audio funds. The govt should bring out offices and address with Web site that house this fund if they are real. Those that benefitted should be on the list as we have freedom of information bill in place. This speech has nothing in it. There are ministers that should be taken out. There are so many ministries that should be merged. What stop the president from stopping all govt appointees from using public funds on private jets and first class and going abroad for medicals with public funds. What stop the govt to reduce in port duty by 50 percent and export duty with same. Making Nigeria work is not rocket science. All this social funds can never solve the economy problem or add any value to the economy. Declare mechanized agriculture in all state on 20 thousand hectares of land from this month with each planting 2 items as minimum on it and see if we won't start feeding Africa by next year. We spend money were we dont need it.. all this farms can generate there own power for water using solar or bio gas. Changing Nigeria is simple if we want to change it to a country that is producing goods and services for the world

Politicians don't give a hoot about Nigerians. Audio social grants as a means to loot public funds. Tinubu should channel removed Subsidy Allocation towards fixing our refineries and totally stop refined fuel importation if he claims to be a transparent President aiming for a better economy.

There are many things Tinubu can do and even do more. He should stop living large with his legislators, by cutting down frivolous spending and cut down cost of governance. At one hand he and you kind complain of no money but in another length the same government will be buying rims at the cost of 3.7b and building VP residence at the cost of 30b, as if the VP doesn't have where he is living. The same gesture extended to Osinbajo that he turned down because of the economy reality at that time that wasn't worst like this. Same Tinubu's government that have fleet of airplane about 6 and 4 jets but still went buying new one, just because one of them was faulty. Same government that bought SUV at that cost of 160m each for the legislootors. Same that renovated their senate chamber at the cost of 15b, when the same senate was renovated less than 4 years ago by the last senate. Why all the wastefulness and same government will want the downtrodden to endure while they live larger than life in a difficult situation that they claimed.
Young man, Nigeria is a rich country but we lacked leadership that can manage resources. Forget all Thai rhetoric that they dished out to you that you believe hook line and sinker.

He was not even critical about Agriculture. What I hear people say in this protest is "Hunger". I expected Tinubu to have declared a state of emergency on Agriculture.

I expected him to address the issue of our FAILED REFINERY under the subject matter of oil and gas but I can clearly see that the issue of the revamping of our refineries is a SHAM.

For security, he failed to address the issue of INSECURITY in all parts of the country where kidnapping and banditry has ravage the country.
