How wicked can the people ruling this country be. Imagine refineries which have not refined a single drop of oil all this years have several useless staffs receiving salaries in billions yearly. Sigh.

Don't think about this country too much; you go just mad. Everyone is looking for means to cash out. Nigeria no suppose be country.

Not just the moribund refineries. Many government entities, including very obscure agencies and 'parastatals' here in Abuja and nationwide.

You will be shocked to learn about the humongous salaries and ridiculous allowances plus corrupt deals that these idiots earn for doing absolutely nothing and for adding sub-zero value to Nigeria.

But na them sabi hang shoulder pass, with over starched native and mumu cap. Wan dey follow us wey dey create value and earn hard/smart money from actual productive ventures dey do dorime.

I've said it before that we are not serious as a country. I wish Peter Obi would have the balls, but even he can't. I don't know of any Nigerian president to come who would muster the brute force to disband the entire civil/public service and start afresh. It is an imperative. If the total public service wage bill is N1 trillion a year for instance, then at least 60% of it goes into servicing absolute redundancy, zero productivity, incompetence, and even nothingness. We cannot continue to operate this way by wasting public funds on a comparatively few redundant idiots in the midst of so much suffering in the country.
