I think I already got lots of people who clarified and gave answer to my question.
And just you know, I have no need for any sort of loan or handout from the Nigerian government. I also don’t know anyone who will be needing this student loan and allowance. So I don’t see where your harassment is coming from.
You guys should learn to be at peace with yourselves and others both on and offline.
Trust me, you feel better being at peace than being agitated all the time, anger can cause or exacerbate stomach ulcers.

that was how i sent money to one guy here on Nairaland because his msg got me, i later found out this guy has been doing this for a very long time, hes a scam

the most painful part this guy is not even from this side, how he managed to open bank account with a Yoruba name really surprise me

What kind of plan is that? Where will they be employed? If I attend Uni in Kafanchan I must be employed in Kafanchan and my employer must make allowances for my study time. Government will start pressuring private sector ba? Do you know what the current unemployment rate is?

Government has been shrinking money supply
through high interest rates. It hasn't worked and the
reason is that a significant connection between USD rates and domestic inflation. Until USD falls prices will remain high.

This is a simplification but your idea is no idea at all.

This is what happens when a government is daft. The guys are not willing to put in a deep thought into providing lasting solutions. What they know is only to throw some crumbs at the problem, and then run off and be screaming that they've done something mighty. That's why you're hearing palliative here and there.

Let me tell the government this! I think that parents of these students will rather have decent jobs where they can earn and pay for your wards, than relying on government loans to pay their school fees because they don't have jobs. The government should think about this and work towards finding a more sustainable solution.

Here's one example of how they can think;

80% of government vehicle purchases will be outsourced to local car manufacturers/assembling companies. In exchange, the govt will task these companies to create 10,000 to 20,000 jobs monthly both directly and indirectly. Same will be done in all our consumption of crude oil by-products. All these items will be purchased locally and the suppliers will be tasked with creating sustainable jobs.
