Atiku should focus on his own failures instead of issuing warnings from the sidelines. When he was in power, did he ever prioritize the safety of protesters? Hypocrisy at its finest! Now he wants to play the hero? Please!
When was Atiku in power please grin cheesy some of us want to learn

All that looting and destruction of properties across the Northern States is PEACEFUL PROTEST to Atiku? I am sometimes marveled at the level of reasoning of this man. Do we have to loose our morals just because of politics? It's only Obasanjo that can describe him the best.

On the above, Atiku is absolutely right and I agree with him 100%.

However, there is a wide difference between protest and robbery. What we currently have in the name of protest is actually robbery and security agencies can't fold arms watching miscreants breaking into people's shops and carting away properties while disguising as protesters. It was reported that these so called protesters broke into a bank yesterday in kaduna. Please what has protest against govt got to do with breaking into commercial banks?

Criminals in action should be shot. You don't take a businessman down to penury because you are not happy with the govt. Who told you the businessman is happy with the same govt?
We are also seeing some people looting shops at the UK protest but I'm yet to see the police shooting anybody down because of the protest/looting.

This criminal called Atiku is on high drugs. This Fulani nationalist is the biggest hypocrite from the Fulani clan. Before the coming of Simon Ekpa to stop the madness of your Fulani terrorists in army uniforms, IPOB members were killed by your cesspit terrorists in army uniforms for several years as they protest with Biafran flags and you never uttered a word. Here you are talking nonsense because a few of your miscreants were gunned down. We will be here watching your Fulani people and the yorubas as you destroy yourselves over Biafran oil and gas.
It's always so funny when you make a sweeping statement about the reach of your Biafra map, when Edo, Rivers, Delta, Akwa Ibom and Cross River States respectively, have continued to denounce you. You think of Nigeria breaks tomorrow, they that region will join you? You must be delusional.😜😜😜😜😜😜

Atiku is 100% right.
Atiku is talking like an illiterate. Is this the type of person that wants to rule Nigeria?

The Military has constitutional duties in Peace time, during crisis and during external aggression.

Protest is different from riots. During riots, if the Military is invited by Police, the Military will use Force on dissidents and rioters.

I understood he felt cheated. He started his Presidential ambition since 1992. At the Jos Convention of SDP, in a keenly contested Primary election, there was no clear winner at the first primary because ABIOLA won with a margin less than 400 to defeat Kingibe. He stepped down for MKO ABIOLA. As a very young man, I heard it during discussion. When I grew up, I observed despite his stepping down, the election between Kingibe and ABIOLA showed that his delegates were shared by both ABIOLA and Kingibe.

People are talking about Emilokan, the fact remains that Atiku believed by political seniority, he is senior to Tinubu and that his presidency is given to Tinubu.

ATIKU should understand that Paul Ibe, his PA is not working for him and he is not working with him. He is working for Peter OBI.

As an elder statesman, he should think deep before making any public statement.

I’m highly ashamed of Turaki Adamawa for this, despite all the criminal acts being committed in the name of protests. Even the human and civil rights activists that misled them into this are using style to dissociate themselves from all these criminal intentions.
Must Atiku make comment on everything just because of your selfish interest?
Until they enter all the government houses before you will tell the criminals to stop.

No wonder men are marrying men in Nigeria now. We are really copying them.

We copy the good part of every culture, sport, dressing, education, care for elderly and children.

Not learning shop lifting, killings, knife stabbing as loved by some people in this country.

Has he said anything yet to the underage children they pushed to the street? For political greed northern leaders chose to sacrifice poor children who are too gullible to know their real enemies.. When PMB, his humanitarian minister and northern politicians were milking the future of Nig dry, where were this protesters? I think the north is taking this politics too far! Not a single emir or political leader have cautioned the rampaging children. Btw, where were the parents of the little boy killed in Zaria? It's indeed a shame to northern leaders!

there is no correlation between breaking into a bank and protest. its the nature of protest in many places. unfortunately, some people (miscreants) just want to take advantage of the situation. the same scenario played out in the UK.

if you say people are stealing, is it the military that has the responsibility to catch thieves?

if the military is so eager to catch thieves, how many thieves in government who are stealing the wealth of this country has it caught?

if you say "security agencies can't fold arms watching miscreants breaking into people's shops and carting away properties while disguising as protesters", how come these same security agencies are folding their arms as politicians help themselves to the nations treasury and allocate to themselves billions of naira while disguising as budgetary items and projects to be executed?

should these criminals also be shot the same way you advocating for these petty thieves to be shot?

should politicians push nigerians into suffering and penury all because of their selfish agendas?

should nigerians be happy with these politicians and behave as if its well while this nation continues to slide into the abyss of uncertainty?

if these politicians were not stealing and the security agencies quickly apprehending those who steal irrespective of their position, will anyone think of protest?

Atiku, in your demented mind, the protests are peaceful? Keep sponsoring them, calling for Russia to take over Nigeria and asking for the military to come and take over. The election you couldn’t win through ballot box, now you want to cause chaos and have Russia or the military take over.
